What is the ENcourage Foundation?

The ENcourage Foundation was established to provide access to ENBREL^® (etanercept) for certain patients who lack adequate resources to obtain ENBREL^®

To discuss enrollment, patients and providers may call 1.800.393.4675 between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, eastern time, Monday through Friday.

A representative will answer any questions you have about the program and will be able to start the application process immediately over the phone. During this first phone call, the representative will be able to tell you if the patient appears to qualify for the program.

Who will answer my questions about the ENcourage Foundation?

Trained representatives are available 5 days a week, 11 hours a day to help patients, providers, and family members and friends of patients. Voicemail is available at other times. When leaving a message please include your name and a phone number. A representative will call you back within one business day.

Who can receive assistance?

All patients currently on ENBREL^® therapy or planning to start ENBREL^® therapy, who live in the United States, are encouraged to call 1.800.393.4675 to apply.

How do I enroll?

Call 1.800.393.4675. During this phone call a representative will ask questions to begin the application process. Patients who appear to qualify will receive an application with instructions in the mail.

A representative of the Foundation reviews each application individually.

How do I get ENBREL^®?

Patients enrolled in the Foundation will have ENBREL^® shipped to their home free of charge.
